- What payment gateways do you support?
- We currently integrate with Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave. We are adding more payment gateways. If there is any payment gateway, you think we should add, kindly reach out to us at support@payflexi.co
- What countries and currencies are supported by PayFlexi?
- We currently support any country that the payment gateway you choose to connect with PayFlexi. Payment gateway currently supported includes Stripe - currently in 40 countries, PayStack, and Flutterwave. New Payment Gateways will be added regularly. If there is a Payment gateway that you need urgently or a feature missing that you think we must add, get in touch with us and we will consider it.
- How and when do I get paid?
- Getting paid is dependent on your payment processing preference on PayFlexi, when using just a bank account with PayFlexi, your settlements will arrive the next business day. And when you connect your own payment gateway, all your payments are processed by your chosen gateway and settled by it. Some payment gateways settle money into your account instantly.
- Do I need to have a website to use PayFlexi?
- No, you can create a payment link on PayFlexi and start selling instantly on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social network. Also you can create a product pages and setup a storefront, and share with your customers.
